2010 - 2011 Written and Practical Examination Schedule
Only members of AFCI can register for the Written and Practical exams and only after completion of AA1 and AA2.
Please register for both the written and practical exams when registering online or when sending in your registration form. This helps us in planning and scheduling the exams.
No late registrations will be accepted after the deadline dates stated below.
If you choose not to process your registration(s) online and request AFCI Administration to do so on your behalf, a service fee of $20.00 plus applicable taxes will be added to the exam transaction.
A confirmation and tax receipt will be issued as per your selected communication method on file.
Exam fees: Written Exam = $300 + GST/HST according to province;
Practical Exams = $450 + GST/HST according to province.

WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS: will be held simultaneously on the scheduled dates across the country
Start Time and Locations: Written Examinations will be conducted in the following cities, beginning at 12:00 noon Eastern Time: Vancouver, Calgary, Charlottetown, Saint John, NB, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, St. John's, NF, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax.
PRACTICAL EXAMINATIONS:
Each examination will be held as scheduled below only if 10 people register.
If you register online, the first day of the exam will be listed as the 'exam date'. The AFCI Office will schedule all registrants after the close of registration date and students will be informed as to the exact day, time and location of their practical exam.
When the Written and Practical exams are scheduled together on the same weekend, the Written exam will be on the morning of the first day and the Practical will start that afternoon. If more than 10 students register, the Practical Exams will continue the following day.
