ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS
Please check with your regulatory body to verify or confirm that you can practice acupuncture in the province in which you are working. Also clarify your entry to practice requirements for acupuncture, before registering for AFCI courses.
Also note that in some Canadian provinces it is a requirement for out-of-province practitioners to obtain a Courtesy Registration from the provincial regulatory body of your profession in the province where the course is being held. Without this Courtesy Registration, you will not be allowed to practice needle insertion. This policy is likely to be the case in provinces that have designated acupuncture to be a Controlled or Restricted Act.
Since regulations in this regard may change from time to time, we request that you check with the appropriate regulatory bodies prior to registering for our courses. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not have any control over these policies.
